At Velmira Jewellery, customer satisfaction is important to us.

• We offer returns only in case of damaged or incorrect product delivered.
• Return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Clear pictures and order number must be shared for verification.

💳 Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refund will be sent via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• No refund or return on change of mind.

Velmira Jewellery reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
